We may collect some information about website visits to help understand its use and how it might be improved. You may choose to provide contact information and a description of your work when inquiring about our services by email or other methods. This information will be retained in our contact database and/or email servers until you request its removal. In the event we enter a service agreement, data and information will be collected as a part of the normal workflow of generating and analyzing gene regulatory networks. This data will be used only to perform GRN analyses and deliver or publish the results as described in an approved statement of work. After work is completed, data will be retained as needed to facilitate reproducibility of the GRN results in the event of scientific review or internal process audits. Consult the specific service agreement and statement of work for your project for details regarding data retention, embargo, and/or publication.
How Your Information Is Used
Private personal information (e.g. email or phone number) will only be used in the event we need to contact you. If you choose to provide that information during the course of work, it will only be used by our service staff for the purpose of responding. This privacy extends to all source data and information shared with GRN Express for the purpose of gene regulatory network inference and analysis.

We consider user data to be private and confidential. No nonpublic user data will be shared or made available to anyone outside GRN Express. Access to nonpublic, personal information including email address or phone number is restricted to staff directly involved in administering services. Physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are in place to protect such information from disclosure.

Users may at any time request removal of their information from our contact database, email servers, and other data storage systems by sending an email directed to admin@grnexpress.com.
